Liteline - Description of our product Warranty

Warranty

Liteline Corporation products are tested and/or inspected prior to being packed for shipment and are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of One (1) year from the date of shipment from Liteline Corporation. Liteline Corporation, at its sole option, will repair or replace, F.O.B. our factory, freight prepaid, any Liteline Corporation product defective in workmanship or materials. The warranty is only valid when products are operated at the rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions; and which have not been altered or repaired in the field. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product on the company's literature setting forth terms of sale. Liteline Corporation will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any other provisions in this contract or any applicable provisions, Liteline Corporation shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or damages for loss of use arising directly or indirectly from any breach of this contract, fundamental or otherwise, or from any territories acts or omissions of their employees or agents and in no event shall the liability of the company exceed the unit price of the product.

Liteline's Gold Label Lifetime Warranty

Liteline Corporation provides a lifetime warranty for our Gold Label products and warrants that they will not fail for the product's life cycle. Should this product, in Liteline Corporation's opinion, fail to operate as per its intended use during the warranty period, Liteline Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the covered product only at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-Liteline Corporation authorized modification or repair. All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Liteline extends a lifetime warranty only to the original purchaser or to the first user. Proof of purchase, must include receipt with date of purchase, proof of installation, must include receipt with date of installation, electrical contractor name and license number.

This warranty excludes Liteline liability for material shipping charges, any labor for removal or reinstallation of this product. This warranty is void if this product is installed improperly or in an improper environment, overloaded, misused, opened, abused, or altered in any manner, or is not used under normal operating conditions or not in accordance with any warning labels or installation instructions. There are no other or implied warranties of any kind. Liteline is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damage to, loss of use of any equipment, lost sales, delays or failure to perform this warranty obligation.

Due to continuous efforts to improve our product selection, Liteline reserves the right to make modifications or variations in design or construction to the products described.

Note: Under no circumstances will Liteline Corporation be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.

Liteline's LED 3-Year Warranty

Liteline Corporation provides a 3-year warranty for our 24V DazzLED™ LED tape, strips and drivers, in-wall lights, ProPuck™, MicroLED™, DiscLITE™, LED FluoroBar™, outdoor LED step lights, LED pendant cylinders, KLICK™, OnCloud™ and WiZ connected products, and warrants that the product(s) is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of Three (3) years from the date of shipment from Liteline Corporation. Liteline Corporation, at its sole option, repair will or replace, F.O.B. our factory, freight prepaid, any Liteline Corporation product defective in workmanship or materials and is covered by the LED 3-Year warranty. The warranty is only valid when products are operated at the rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions; and which have not been altered or repaired in the field. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product on the company's literature setting forth terms of sale. Liteline Corporation will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranty.

Liteline Corporation provides a 5-year warranty for our LED QuickChange, DiscLITE™, ALR series luminaires, Sigma series and LED track heads, and warrants that the product(s) is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of Five (5) years from the date of shipment from Liteline Corporation. Liteline Corporation, at its sole option, will repair or replace, F.O.B. our factory, freight prepaid, any Liteline Corporation product defective in workmanship or materials and is covered by the LED 5-Year warranty. The warranty is only valid when products are operated at the rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions; and which have not been altered or repaired in the field. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product on the company's literature setting forth terms of sale. Liteline Corporation will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranty.

Liteline's LED 7-Year Warranty

Liteline Corporation provides a 7-year warranty for FORUM LED panel lights, EDGE and Shade and warrants that the product(s) is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of Seven (7) years from the date of shipment from Liteline Corporation. Liteline Corporation, at its sole option, will repair or replace, F.O.B. our factory, freight prepaid, any Liteline Corporation product defective in workmanship or materials and is covered by the LED 7-Year warranty. The warranty is only valid when products are operated at the rated voltage and if operated under normal use and conditions; and which have not been altered or repaired in the field. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the product on the company's literature setting forth terms of sale. Liteline Corporation will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranty.
